You can move any database that is currently managed or added to Strongbox onto Strongbox Sync storage. This makes it easily available across all your devices, and ready to share with friends, family or colleagues. To do so, follow the instructions below.
NB: It is essential that you are logged into your Apple account on your device for Strongbox Sync to be available. Check System Settings > Apple ID/Account.
On iOS
- Long Tap (Tap & Hold) on your database until you see a context menu appear.
- Tap the Copy To... item
- Tap Strongbox Sync when asked to select the new storage location.
On macOS
- Bring up the Databases Manager window by choosing View > Databases Manager from the menu bar at the top of your screen (or hit Cmd + D)
- Right/Alt Click on the database that you would like to move to Strongbox Sync
- Select Copy To...
- Select Strongbox Sync when asked to select the new storage location and click the Select 'Strongbox Sync' button.
