Dropbox have recently released a change to their API. As a result Teams folders are no longer directly through Strongbox's Dropbox integration.
We're currently working on a fix for this issue. In the meantime there is a workaround available.
On Mac, the steps are:
- Install the Dropbox app and sync the Team folder containing your database file to your Mac.
- In Strongbox, select Add Database > Add from Files.
- Locate your database file and select Open.
On iPhone and iPad:
- Install the Dropbox app on your iOS device.
- Add Dropbox to the Files app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap the Add Database button in the Strongbox app
- Select Add from Files from the list of Storage locations
- Navigate to the location for your database file and select it
