Dropbox Team Folders Are No Longer Accessible

Dropbox have recently released a change to their API. As a result Teams folders are no longer directly through Strongbox's Dropbox integration.

We're currently working on a fix for this issue. In the meantime there is a workaround available.

On Mac, the steps are:

  1. Install the Dropbox app and sync the Team folder containing your database file to your Mac. 
  2. In Strongbox, select Add Database > Add from Files. 
  3. Locate your database file and select Open.

On iPhone and iPad:

  1. Install the Dropbox app on your iOS device. 
  2. Add Dropbox to the Files app on your iPhone or iPad. 
  3. Tap the Add Database button in the Strongbox app
  4. Select Add from Files from the list of Storage locations
  5. Navigate to the location for your database file and select it
