How To Convert Your Database From Password Safe to KeePass

On Mac

1. Unlock your database
2. In the menu bar, choose File > Export > Export as KeePass 2
3. Open the Database Manager window (View > Database Manager)
4. Choose Add Database in the bottom right and choose the location of your new database

On iPhone/iPad

1. Create a new, blank KeePass database
2. Unlock your existing database
3. Choose the three dot menu (...) in the top right of the screen > Select Items
4. Select the all of the entries / groups in your database
5. Choose Export Item(s) at the bottom of the screen
6. Select your new KeePass database as the Destination Database
7. Unlock the database to initiate the transfer
