In the Settings app on iOS and iPadOS, under your Apple ID > iCloud > Apps using iCloud, you might see Strongbox listed and turned on.
If this switch is on, it doesn't necessarily mean anything is transferred to iCloud. However:
- if a user chooses + > Get Started Wizard > New Database, then that new database will be created on Strongbox Sync which is backed by iCloud technology. This is useful for beginners/new users and none experts.
- If a user chooses + > New Database > iCloud, then that database will be created on iCloud.
