This can sometimes happen if Strongbox can't verify it's entitlements. There are a couple of causes:
- You are using a firewall or other blocking software that stops Strongbox from checking with Apple for entitlements. Disable any blocking software in this case for Strongbox.
- You are using or have used a Testflight build in the past
The best way to remedy this situation is to remove and reinstall Strongbox entirely. To do this follow the instructions below:
Solution: Remove and Re-Install Strongbox
It's very important that you know where your database(s) are
stored before you delete the Strongbox app. This is particularly
important if your database are stored locally on your device, and not in
the cloud. We always recommend backing up your databases before
deleting the Strongbox app, just in case!
Once you have reinstalled the app and confirmed that your Strongbox
Pro license is working, you can add your existing databases back.
Alteratively, the following steps may help: My Subscription is not visible or did not renew, or Strongbox doesn't recognize my Pro Status
