Exporting your database to a .CSV file is very simple and this option is available on both macOS and iOS devices.
For macOS: Edit > Export as CSV
For iOS: unlock database > Database Settings (the icon with three sliders in the top left of the screen) > Advanced > Export Database > Email/Copy CSV
This will copy your database as .CSV and you can export and use it anywhere!
